Are borders open? Can I travel to Greece?

A temporary ban on entering the territory of Greece is introduced until 19.04.2021 but do not apply for following categories of passengers:
- nationals of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland and their family members, Great Britain, nationals and residents of Australia, Israel, Korea (Rep.), New Zealand, Russian Fed., Rwanda, Singapore, Thailand and United Arab Emirates.
passengers with a residence permit issued by Greece, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, as well as passengers with a long term visa issued by Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland.

Are there any quarantine requirements upon arrival?

Yes. Up to 7 days quarantine is required for all passengers.

Do I need to take a Covid-19 test upon arrival?

Yes. All passengers older than 10 years must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result. taken at most 72 hours before arrival. The test result must be in English and must include the name and the passport or identity card number of the passenger.
Passengers could be subject to a COVID-19 rapid test upon arrival.

Do I need to prepare any additional documents before departing?

Yes. Passenger Locator Form must be completed not later than the day before arrival in Greece. A confirmation email or a QR code generated from the completed form must be presented upon arrival. Families can be accepted with one joint confirmation e-mail or a unique QR code.

Can I enter Greece without restrictions if I have a Covid-19 vaccine certificate?

No.

Do I need to be vaccinated against Covid-19 to enter Greece?

No.
