Are borders open? Can I travel to United Kingdom?

Passengers who have been in or transited through Angola, Argentina, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Botswana, Brazil, Burundi, Cape Verde, Chile, Colombia, Congo (Dem. Rep.), Ecuador, Eswatini, Ethiopia, French Guiana, Guyana, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Oman, Panama, Paraguay, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Qatar, Rwanda, Seychelles, Somalia, South Africa, Suriname, Tanzania, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, Venezuela, Zambia or Zimbabwe in the past 10 days are not allowed to enter. This does not apply to British nationals, nationals of Ireland and residents of the United Kingdom.
Flights from Ethiopia, Oman, Qatar and United Arab Emirates are suspended.

Are there any quarantine requirements upon arrival?

Yes. Quarantine for 10 days is mandatory. The specific regulations in place may vary in different parts of the UK. Details can be found here:

Do I need to take a Covid-19 test upon arrival?

Yes. Passengers entering or transiting through the United Kingdom must have a negative COVID-19 test result. The test must have been taken at most 3 days before departure of the last direct flight to the United Kingdom and be onw of the following types: antigen, LAMP, nucleic acid and PCR tests. The test result must be in English, French or Spanish. This does not apply to children younger than 11 years and passengers arriving from Republic of Ireland. More exemptions can be found here
Passengers are subject to a COVID-19 test on day 2 and day 8 after arrival at their own expense. They must have a payment confirmation obtained at QuarantineHotelBookings or gov.uk.

Do I need to prepare any additional documents before departing?

Yes. Passengers entering or transiting through the United Kingdom must complete a Public Health Passenger Locator Form. For these who entering, the form must include the booking reference number for the 2 COVID-19 tests or the booking reference number for the quarantine hotel booking. Can I enter United Kingdom without restrictions if I have a Covid-19 vaccine certificate?

Vaccine certificates are not accepted.

Do I need to be vaccinated against Covid-19 to enter United Kingdom?

No.
